Training, Yourself, List of Team Sports

If you get tired of training by yourself and decide that you are better suited to be with others, the here is a list of team sports which you may like to try.

Soccer. This game usually referred to as football. The team has 11 players and you try to get the ball into the opponents goal net. Football shoes and ball are needed, plus a playing area.

American Football. Being a ‘Brit.’ I will never understand the game. Two teams each of 11 players, one on defense, the other on offense?? You will need protective gear in this seemingly ‘violent’ game!
